Weather related events  
       may affect  the integrity of the exposed surface  materials (i.e. wind/hail on a roof  surface).  Such damage shall be  individually evaluated to determine the  extent, cause, and origin of it. The  normal aging and wear and tear will  affect the performance of exposed  materials to weather conditions. A  detailed evaluation of the exposed  materials is important in order to  determine the degree of damage and  functionality of the materials. Such  analysis shall include a detailed analysis  of the weather reports from recognized  agencies, a general site evaluation, and  an objective engineering approach.
